hi everyone,
i'm new to this list, so please forgive me if this message is inappropriate.
i'm very much interested in the wireless application space within the
US. i know very little about it, but i'm very eager to learn more. is
there a web site which features enterprise wireless application case
studies? what kinds of wireless applications are enterprises employing?
what will the future wireless enterprise application landscape look
like. what kind of wireless applications are enterprises likely to deploy
in the near future? is there a web site that has more information about
this subject?
i'm also trying to sort out the dizzying array of competing devices and
protocols. which wireless devices (other than cell phones) are likely to
be popular a few years from now. it seems that 802.11 will play a major
role down the road. are there any other clear winners in the wireless
protocol race?
