Dear List,
I am looking for information on how to
a. Understand the basics of Mobile Internet
b. Developing a WAP site from scratch.
I reside in Nigeria, and we have a telecomunication
policy which is about to license Wireless providers
using GSM.
I would appreciate any pointers I can get. Thanks in advance
