Hi Anuraj -
GML is currently a Recommendation Paper of the OpenGIS Consortium. Any
publicly available information can be found at www.opengis.org. The major
focus for GML Version 1.xx is the encoding of geometry. Later versions (not
yet public and available only to OGC members) contain major extensions for
legending, portrayal, and so forth.
