Amen :-) Microsoft is simply part of the environment. They're a factor to
be dealt with, admired, featured, whatever, but above all *analyzed* given
the strengths and weaknesses that they bring to the party.
All I suggest [it shows the religious stress of the topic that one is
limited to such a minor observation\ is that they really *do* have strengths
in addition to the market power they've achieved in some areas. Those
strengths should be acknowledged and analyzed as part of any comprehensive
look.
