Jonathan Meadows has written an article on building servlets to output
WML content. As far as calling a servlet from WML goes - just make the
servlet the destination of a link or post

<a href="http://mycompany/myservletzone/servlet"> some link </a>

or the target of a go

<go method="post" href="http://mycompany/myservletzone/servlet"/>

(in the proper context of course...)
