Yes - if you exclude 92% of the world's mobile internet
users (i.e. Japan & Korea) from your view, and restrict your
analysis to a sampling of 8% of the world's internet users
(i.e. Europe & USA) you can come to that conclusion.
How meaningful that is is another question.
