Can anyone point me to market surveys or usage statistics for WAP sites? I
don't know if Media Metrix (or companies like that) or studying wireless
statistics yet but, if not, it seems like a good idea for a startup (hint,
hint!). I think a very interesting study would be one that looks at the
ratio of "hits" per subscribers in the traditional wired world versus the
wired world. In other words, I'd like to see a comparison of site hits per
ISP versus WAP site hits per wireless data subscriber. Of course, that may
be just the sort of thing that carriers don't want us to see!?!
