To execute it from your cellphone, you'll need (a) a WAP Gateway that your phone can connect through and (b) a Web server that has the WML MIME types configured correctly. The second item is simple but the first is a bit out of your hands. Does your carrier (and phone!) support WAP?
If not, you can use one of the many emulators on the market such as the ones that come with the Nokia and Phone.com toolkits. Also, check out the YoSpace emulator at http://www.yospace.com. By all accounts, it does a very good job of emulating the real deal.
