Hello list, I wanted to bring to your attention an article that we just released yesterday.
It's titled "GIS Movers and Shakers Target LBS" and can be found at http://spatialnews.geocomm.com/newsletter/2000/22/mobile2001.html
It explores some of the traditional GIS players and looks at what they've done to market themselves to the LBS industry. Product explanations are offered up as well as some pointers to related documents and companies to watch out for.
If you think we've missed your company or perhaps one you know of, please drop me a line. I'm interseted in hearing from companies developing mobile field and lbs-focused solutions, particularly integrating GIS technologies
Regards Glenn
