US has
- TDMA / CDPD
- CDMA
- GSM / CSD
- Nextel
- a lot of analogue

Europe has
- GSM CSD / GPRS

Japan has
- PDC-P
- CDMA

Asean has
- Similar to Europe mainly
- Some CDMA

Korea has
- CDMA

Middle East, Africa has
- GSM mainly

China
- GSM
- CDMA

thanks Sandeep, you have confirmed my findings ... though most ppl thought
that US only have
1 network- cdma.
anyway ... anyone know where to get the details of countries with their
relevant mobile
network protocols that they are currently using? i really need this pronto
...
