Subject: Re: MobileLBSList: mobile network protocols
Date:  05/15/2001 03:21:58 AM
From:  Sofia Foo

hi all,
i need help ...
a quick look at the numbers (attachement included) seems to suggest that some countries have
2-digit country code with either a 2 or 3 digit provider code. Is there an algorithm or
cetain pattern to indicate whether the country should have a 2 /3 digit provider code? or is
it random?
