Can any one direct/assist me to any person(s)/resources/site from which I
can get ideas on them project below:
The Project:

A hand set is designed to be capable of measuring the distance between
itself and any other base_station or handset that is active on the same
channel so as to maintain quality of the link.
Implementation:

At the very least, I'm required to design the base_handset class from which
the base_station and handset classes can be derived.
The simple simlation program will be a cordless campus-wide communication
system which will incorporate the classes mentioned above.The creation and
deletion of the objects should be determined by controller(randomiser).The
screen will be treated as a two-dimensional representation of the
geographical area of coverage.
Any suggestions on a simulation program will be greatly appreciated!!
