Yes. high volumes and moving points are tough load balancing quesiotn.
But my point was that since there is NO GPS installed in the phone(or
most of the phone) knowing the location would be the key and difficult
problem NOW.
So it should be "The rest is easier part." Retract my "easy" part.
If one is going to bring all the real case scenario into the disucssion.
NOTHING IS easy. All need work.
